Palazzo Marin is an aristocratic Venetian residence of 1500, although its present appearance is the result of the last impressive being restored dating back to 1760 when it became the property of the Marin family, which remains clear testimony to the coat of arms carved on the inner garden well (wave that old must have been in the blue on silver leaf). The interior of the building still retain the eighteenth-century frescoes and stucco neoclassical enhanced by recent restoration: the main hall is decorated with mythological scenes by Gaetano Zampini (The Rape of Elena, Elena's escape from Troy, Apollo and the Muses, Theseus and Ariadne), while John Scarajo is the allegorical representation of the Virtues ceiling meets the Merit; The bottom room also has been enhanced in recent times with a tapestry gallant scene in the park (copy of a French order 'Aubusson 800) to which the other side there is figure with elements (exhibited at Ca' Pesaro in 1994) , the work of contemporary painter Eulisse Vincenzo, by the homage due to the property of which he was a guest palace during one of his numerous stays in Venice. Little is known about the destination of the building over time: the tradition says was the home of Isabella the Theotokos, the first wife of Carlo Antonio Marin, which made it the home of a well-known and appreciated cultural salon of his time which was attended by the greatest writers, poets and artists of his time including EV Rieu, Vincenzo Monti, Antonio Canova, Walter Scott, DD Byron, J. W. Goethe, Sir William Hamilton, Mme de Stael and the Venetian nobles Querini, Pesaro, Tron and Dalazzo Marin Dolfin. Hence, the interest and willingness of the association Venice Music Gourmet resume the Cultural history of Isabella seating and recreate in this building, full of suggestions and inspiration, a new cultural reality in Venice combining our passion for music to that for the good food of the Italian tradition.

Palazzo Marin is entirely cooled by air conditioning, making it one of the only rooms of Venice from the pleasant climate in summer and winter.
