The church of San Giuliano martyr Vulgo San Zulian is a Catholic place of worship in Venice, located in the campo of the same name in the San Marco district, not far from the square of the same name. Until the fall of the Republic it was a plebeian church officiated by the ducal clergy. It was probably founded before the year 1000 but was rebuilt on several occasions. The current forms date back to the reconstruction which took place in the 16th century following the design intervention of Jacopo Sansovino and the financial support of Tommaso Rangone. In addition to containing a rich array of paintings dating back mostly to the 16th and 17th centuries, it also preserves the relics of San Germano Martire, San Floriano and Paolo di Tebe known as Paolo Eremita. Today it is a rectoral church officiated daily and is included among the churches of the Marciana Community. The organ in a choir loft on the counter-façade was built by Gaetano Callido. It dates back to 1764 Op.12.
